Sound Effects (SOUND_*)
93 sound effects (indices 0–92) plus a special movie sound marker (99).
Defined in include/def.hpp. Asset files are in gamefiles/SOUND/.
File names use uppercase for indices 0–65 (SOUND000.BLP–SOUND065.BLP)
and lowercase for indices 66–92 (sound066.blp–sound092.blp).
Music tracks are MUSIC000.BLP–MUSIC009.BLP (10 tracks).
